Eigenvalue Systems is based in Seattle, Washington. Work across Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Snohomish County, and the Pacific Northwest can include on-site time, and the rest of the United States and selected international markets are served remotely. Remote delivery is available nationwide and internationally.
How engagements are delivered
Scoping happens on video. Access is scoped to the systems and data the engagement actually requires. Work is documented as it is built, and handover is part of the deliverable, so you are not dependent on the person who wrote the system. A written scope, delivery plan, and pricing structure are agreed before the build begins.

Work in the county has the closest on-site availability and the local context that comes with it: manufacturing, distribution, trades, professional services, property operators, and the industrial corridor around Everett and Marysville.

Work with Seattle-area organizations can combine remote delivery with on-site time when a process is easier to understand in person. The kinds of problems tend to repeat: recurring finance and operations workflows, disconnected systems, document-heavy processes, and internal tools that do not yet exist.

Chicago organizations are served remotely from Washington, with scheduled overlap around Central Time. Remote delivery is not a limitation on the work: discovery, implementation, validation, and handover all run through secure remote access and scheduled working sessions.
